Our Story

Satya Nutrition Therapy was founded to help people who feel like they have nowhere to turn. There are huge gaps in our medical care. This is not your fault! We know that your concerns are more than a summer beach body or losing those last few stubborn pounds.  In fact, we don't keep a scale in our office because that number is of no importance in adding years to your life and life to your years.  

We understand that sometimes traditional medicine isn't enough and you're tired of just masking symptoms with medication. We take the time to listen to your concerns and understand your unique situation. We take a holistic approach to wellness to help you achieve optimal health. We're committed to bringing you back to yourself by teaching you to fish, not just by giving you a fish. Our mission is to empower and educate individuals for risk reduction and management of disease through personalized nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Welcome to Satya Nutrition Therapy, where your health and well-being are my priority. 

 

When I am not working or studying I am busy taking care of my 3 young children, cooking, walking my dog, or settling into my home, as we recently moved to Hunterdon County.  I am beginning to dip my toe into the world of homesteading with chicks and a vegetable garden. I lived in the city for over a decade and am working hard to integrate my favorite parts of city life into living in the suburbs, mostly walking and socialization.  I love a good Burgundy at the end of a long day.

I believe that every individual is unique and so should be their diet and lifestyle recommendations.  As a nutrition specialist and experienced yoga instructor, I blend my knowledge with intuition to help individuals lead a healthy and fulfilling life through personalized nutrition recommendations and lifestyle changes. With my expertise, I offer a holistic approach to managing chronic diseases, achieving optimal health, and promoting overall wellness.
